Compact cartoner legend by Harro Höfliger. The cartoner opens the folding box blanks, pushes one or more products into the folding box at the same time and closes the box with a staggered plug-in closure.
Folding box sizes can be changed very quickly by format adjustment. From min. W=15 x H=15 x L=54mm to W=92 x H=66 x L=180mm.
A feeding belt for bottle feeding is integrated in the machine. The bottles enter the cartoner upright and are turned over to the horizontal position by the turning starwheel. Due to the integrated separator it is also possible to separate and pack oval bottles.
Machine has a very compact size of 2400x1400 mm, height 2100mm and weighs only 800kg.
The machine came from a cosmetics company and nail varnish (oval bottles) was packed on the machine.
The machine was completely overhauled by us. All bearings, belts and wearing parts were renewed. Due to the robust design of the machine, it will be possible to operate the machine for the next few years without any further maintenance work.
On request, the machine can be tested with your product. If there are adjustments to be made to the machine for your product, it is also possible at extra cost for the required format parts.
