The MRT100E is a fully automatic syringe washing unit.
Objects are fed to the machine's inlet assembly via a conveyor, an inlet turntable or an inlet wire belt with a feed screw.
The incoming star feeder transmits the objects to be cleaned to the grippers of the main assembly.
The objects are rotated 180° and fed one after the other to the cleaning stations.
The flow of cleaning agents is controlled by magnetic valves.
After cleaning, the objects are rotated through 180° again and transported to the exit.
All parts in contact with the cleaning agent and the object are made of stainless steel and high-temperature resistant plastic."
