FOD ovens represent the optimal solution for dry heat sterilisation and depyrogenation. Like autoclaves, they carry out discontinuous processes (batch type) and are the ideal solution for the sterilisation of all those productions in which the variability of products, batches and formats does not allow the use of continuous sterilisers such as tunnels. The distinctive feature of this machine is its particle pollution class. Fedegari guarantees a level of particle contamination in the chamber that never exceeds the values imposed by class 100. This is the case even in the most critical phases such as heating and cooling, during which the filters themselves release large quantities of particles due to thermal expansion. The control of particle contamination is made possible by an intensive study of fluid dynamics and a close collaboration with Camfil, the world's most respected filter manufacturer, with whom Fedegari works on the development of high-temperature filters.
- AISI 304 polished stainless steel depyrogenation chamber, 1.5 mm thick.
- Two-door versions (when you get the specifications from the link I'm sending you, modify them as I did, indicating that it's a two-door and not one) with a folding door on two fronts, made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
- Thermal insulation that guarantees the operator adequate safety of use at the chamber operating temperature of 250 °C.
- Electric heating through AISI 321 stainless steel sheathed and finned heating elements, mounted on a sliding frame for easy removal and maintenance.Centrifugal electric fans with sealed bearings of a special type for high temperatures to promote air circulation.
- AISI 304 stainless steel heat exchanger for cooling.
- Control and continuous regulation of the overpressure of the sterilisation chamber in relation to the pressure of the non-sterile and sterile areas.
- Continuous filtration system of the air circulating in the chamber through 4 HEPA filters.
- 5 RTD PT100 probes.
- Digital safety thermometer located on the non-sterile front that prevents the door from opening if the temperature in the chamber is high.
- Stainless steel feed-through located on the front in the non-sterile area for the passage of the validation probes.
