The flexibility of FOF series sterilizers, subject to the choice of appropriate plant options, makes them suitable for a variety of treatments including the following:
-sterilizations of solid materials (including porous materials)
-sterilizations of full vials with rapid vacuum for leak tests
-sterilizations of full vials or bottles with cooling by D.I. water spray under counterpressure of sterile air.
-sterilizations as above with cooling by: thermally sterilized and cooled D.I. water spray, circulation of cold mains water in interspace with possible agitation of air fed into chamber
-tindallizations, pasteurizations, inactivations
-vial seal test with penetrations of colored solutions
-vacuum/pressure chamber seal tests
-programmed heating/cooling trends.
Double door autoclave, rectangular chamber. Air filtration and sterilization system for the chamber. All-stainless-steel plumbing system, equipped with sanitary-type quick couplings with automatic orbital welds and sanitary valves of FEDEGARI manufacture.
