Used Farmores KN260/N thermoforming machine

The KN260/N is an automatic thermoforming machine with a transfer line, controlled by PLC, for the production of PET, PVC, polystyrene containers for syringes, vials, bottles and carpules. This machine is completely made of anti-corrosion aluminium and stainless steel and is constructed with a painted cast aluminium frame. Drive systems: pneumatic, electric and brushless motors.

Speed 30 cycles per minute variable according to the format;
Forming depth 40 mm;
Maximum forming area 260 (belt width) x260 mm (pitch);
STANDARD COILS maximum ø 600 mm reel, core internal diameter 74÷78 mm.
STANDARD COILS ø max 300 mm, core internal diameter 74÷78 mm.
