Pre-heating and forming station:
Non-stick, contact heating plates with individual temperature control.
The material is heated in multiple steps.
Platens open at each machine stop to avoid overheating of the material.
Temperature controllers are integrated in the operator panel.
Mechanical forming station, driven by brushless motor.
Mechanical preforming station.
Thermoforming is obtained by using compressed air in combination with the mechanical preforming unit. The forming mould is constantly cooled.
CHANGE FORM
Simple and fast, without the use of tools. The moulds, guides and the shearing machine slide in the stations from the operator side, up to a fixed position and are locked with adjustable handles.
All the variable parameters can be selected from the operator panel, under recipe to format. A special mould carriage is included in the supply of the basic machine.
PICK AND PLACE:
The Pick and Place has been specifically developed for the feeding and handling of delicate and fragile products.
The precision in pick and place, the automatic synchronization of the system with the product pick and place positions in the format belt, together with the easy format changeover make the system reliable, effective and innovative.
It has been developed to guarantee:

The Pick and Place is completed from time to time by the most appropriate product input system.
The syringes arrive from the upstream machine hanging on a single row: they are put in step by a synchronizer that continuously deposits them in the drawers of the plug-in conveyor, from which they are taken in positive by the Pick and Place system.
