The Etipack Sistema 2 series consists of a Markem laser coder and an Argus code reader. The labelling systems are automatic labelling machines for the application of self-adhesive labels on the top of products, with an integrated product transport system. They take the form of small, self-sufficient labelling lines that handle and label the product, either off-line or connected to other packaging machines (e.g. filling machines, thermoforming machines). Automatic top-application systems (above) are ideal for labelling stable products such as thermoformed trays, jars, bottles, boxes, plastic, glass or metal products and containers, for food, chemicals, cosmetics. Like all Etipack labelling systems, Sistema 2 has a modular design that allows to add alarms, controls, applicators up to configure a machine tailored to your needs.

The machine is equipped with: Markem laser coder mod. SmartLase 130, designed to meet a high quality code demand. It has flexible coding functionality. SmartLase coders print crisp alphanumeric characters in a variety of fonts and sizes, machine-readable barcodes, 2D codes and graphic images such as logos. They add permanent codes to a wide range of materials, including cartons, labels, plastic and glass, bare metals and other substrates commonly used in food and cosmetics, as well as other industries. The permanence of these codes ensures the long-term traceability of your product. The unit has a control panel with stop button and Argus control system, model Laetus, which meets your needs quickly and reliably, including both classic code reading and inspection of colour information, text and graphics, all for maximum security. The structure rests on practical adjustable feet. Labelling system features: painted steel and stainless steel machine body, electrical panel with dedicated electronics, upper labeller, line stop contacts for alarms.
