Used Dividella NeoTop 904 horizontal cartoning machine

High-performance cartoner for blisters, ampoules, vials, syringes, injectors and pens. The machine is designed for the production of carton packs with carton dividers, for the packaging of these packs with ampoules, vials, syringes and needle holders as well as for inserting package inserts, for sealing and gluing these packs.

Objects are fed from the cassette to the packaging line. After erecting and gluing a pack blank to form a hinged lid box, webs are formed from a flat blank and fed into the erected hinged lid box using hot glue. The products are then inserted. At the end of the line, the box lid is closed and secured with hot glue.

Output: up to 90 packs / min. System with Siemens control (type Simatic S7-400).
