Makinate has been the official sponsor of the amateur football team ASD Lauco since 2024.

ASD Lauco competes in the second category of the Carnia league (Upper Friuli - Italy) and in the Carnia Cup.

The team's social colours are orange, black and white. The Sadio 'C. Beorchia' is located at sp44, 33029 Lauco (UD).
