Used Comas RFC8C Filling and Capping monoblock

The RFC8C is a high-speed automatic closing filling machine designed to perform in-line dosing, filling and capping operations for cylindrical plastic bottles.

One-piece continuous motion machine constructed of stainless steel for filling and capping bottles. The machine is equipped with OZAF Mod. RO 1000 bottle feeder orienter. Size changeover is done by adjusting and replacing some parts of the machine and is a simple operation. The machine performs filling with 8 syringes and can dose liquid or dense products. The syringes are fully adjustable in dosing and are connected to needles by special tubes to deliver the dosed product. The cap insertion assembly is equipped with a set of grippers that engage the plastic caps, sucking them in. By rotating, the assembly brings the cap to the bottle, where it is inserted and released. The capping unit consists of 8 capping heads. All major operational functions are continuously controlled through a series of sensors. The following functions are speed-adjustable: filling, capping, cap vibrator, exit belt, and rotator. The filling machine is complete with a 10 ml plastic bottle format.
