Monobloc machine with continuous movement built in AISI 304 stainless steel for filling and closing bottles, complete with cap elevator and circular cap vibrator. Size changeover is carried out by adjusting and replacing some parts of the machine and is a simple operation. Capping is carried out with aluminium caps. The machine fills with 12 syringes, each with a capacity of 25 ml and made of stainless steel and Teflon. The syringes are fully adjustable in dosage and are connected to needles by means of special tubes to deliver the dosed product. The cap insertion unit is fitted with a set of grippers that grip the caps by suctioning them in. By turning, the unit brings the cap to the bottle, where it is inserted and released. The capping unit consists of 8 closing heads of the roller-beading type. The cap is pressed onto the bottle after which it is threaded and secured by beading. All important operational functions are continuously monitored through a series of sensors.

The filling machine comes complete with a format for circular plastic bottles with a total height of 66 mm, diameter 30 mm, cap diameter 24 mm and is also equipped with a plastic safety cap insertion unit that is not fitted to the machine.

The RFC-8 is a high-speed automatic filling and capping machine designed to perform in-line dosing, filling and capping operations on cylindrical plastic bottles.
