The machine consists of a monobloc with 16 capping stations for carrying out the work cycle and a vibrating cup cap feeding unit. The structure of the monoblock is made of stainless steel. The operations for a possible format change consist of replacing/adjusting some parts of the machine. These operations are relatively simple and do not require any specific training of personnel. The machine offers the possibility of closing all types of containers normally used in the chemical, pharmaceutical and cosmetics industry. The format currently installed is for bottles of 40 to 100 ml capacity.

The machine has been designed and built with the aim of capping bottles of various sizes. The complete automation of the machine is guaranteed by a PLC which supervises the management of the data detected by the sensors. The machine can be interfaced with other machines used for feeding or unloading the bottles.
