high speed mixer granulator constructed in 316 grade stainless steel with mirror polished 400 grit finish to all product contact surfaces. Supplied new in 1995 for product R & D scale applications.525mm diameter mixing bowl x 370mm depth into the dished base. Full stainless steel jacket. 75mm diameter product discharge/outlet with pneumatically operated flush profile valve. The bowl has a 490mm diameter six blade mixing impeller , a separate three blade pelletise impellor is also supplied. The hydraulically raised and lowered bowl top cover is also jacketed. The mixer has an EexDe explosion proof hydrostatic drive variable speed range of 5 to 305 rpm. fixed speeds of 203 and 306 rpm can also be selected. The two stage four blade granulator/chopper 7.5 kw drive is also EexDe, speed range variable via a frequency inverter 600 to 3,000 rpm or fixed speeds of 600/1,500/3,000 can be selected. Mixer shaft seals are compressed air blown. A wheeled trolley to mobilise/attach/detach the bowl from the machine is included. electrical isolation safety features to the discharge valve and bowl mounting positions.
