Used Capsulit Filling and Capping monoblock

Liquid filling machine, for bottles, consisting of: filling and closing of bottles and their feeders. The unit is suitable for handling any type of pharmaceutical or cosmetic product and for a wide range of container types. Of high versatility this machine is well known and appreciated for its robustness and reliability.

Modularity, easy format changeover and small overall dimensions. The technological solutions adopted, the quality of the materials and the ease of use are the elements that guarantee the great operational reliability of this machine. Caps and bottles are fed to the filling machine after which individual bottles are positioned to be processed. In succession the bottles arrive at the syringe dispensing station where they are filled and then receive the sub-cap and proceed to the closing station where they are closed. When the filled and closed bottles arrive at the exit they are on the discharge conveyor belt that feeds them directly to the next machine. The type of closure is pressure capping with safety and dropper. There are 6 filling stations, 2 dropper insertion stations and 2 cap closure stations. The machine is equipped with 2 vibrating cup feeders.
