Perfect product infeed (even for products of irregular shape/size) is guaranteed by the insertion of the movable inlet into the carton, preventing uncontrolled product transfer from the bucket to the carton. Product escape from the carton is also prevented by the action of the spring-loaded guides that close automatically during the return stroke of the pusher. The use of closed profile cams with a surface hardening treatment guarantees the long-term reliability of all positively controlled movements. Particular attention has been paid to the cleanliness of the machine below the carton transport area, where residual product or packaging material is channelled into easily accessible collection areas.
