Description
This intermittently operating blister packaging machine is designed for the production of deep-drawn and sealed blister strips. The machine operates from left to right and is designed for variable speed operation with a maximum capacity of 40 strokes per minute.
After the blister pack has been filled with vials. At the next station the blister belt passes through a guillotine where the blisters are cut. The blisters are placed on a conveyor and transferred to the cartoning machine.
The deep-drawing foil is extracted from a reel on a separate reel holder to the left and is fed to the heating and deep-drawing station where the blister pockets are formed with the assistance of compressed air.
At the filling station, the product is fed into the formed blister pockets.
This machine is equipped with an automatic product feeding unit where the product is extracted from the magazines (not included) and is then aligned and placed in the pockets.
