Automatic tube cartoning machine

High-performance cartoning machine with continuous motion. The sizes are fully adjustable. With simple operations and the replacement of a few parts, it is possible to use cases with even or alternate lugs, with sizes within the following limits:
Width: 20-70 mm
Height: 12-70 mm
Length: 55-200 mm
Maintenance of the equipment is very simple and above all user-friendly.
The cams are of the channel type made from a single block, and the mechanical shafts are installed on ball bearings.

Boxing speed:
HF 77 cartoner from 50 to 250 cartons per minute.
Safety:
The cartoning machine is equipped with electrical and mechanical safety devices, which intervene in case of malfunction, interrupting the regular working cycle, thus eliminating the risk of breakage or damage.
Working cycle:
Tubes to be boxed are automatically fed through a dedicated automatic tube feeder. There is a sensor in the conveyor that verifies the presence of the tube and activates case pickup from the case loader. The case is opened by a series of suction cups and inserted into the case. In this way, each blister in the product chain corresponds to a case in the case transport chain.
If an illustrative brochure is required in the case, the sensor that activates case gripping also sends a pulse to the brochure magazine. The brochure is gripped by suction cups and is inserted into a series of tapes. Through these belts, the brochure is conveyed to a gripper that is located below the product supply chain.
All the elements that make up the package advance to the introduction station, where a series of pushers introduce them into the case. During the tube insertion movement, it encounters the brochure and inserts it into the case.
Once the insertion is complete, the case advances to the closing area where, with a series of flap yielding and folding operations, the packaging cycle is completed.
