ATM18 is a particle inspection machine and cosmetic inspection of pre-filled vials and bottles containing liquid products (clear oily and suspensions). Usually connected to a de-nester and re-nester unit, ATM18 is configured to be installed in a fully automated line. From the basic version to the most complex machine configuration, ATM18 can present all the technological options for liquid products.

The product to be inspected from the feed is taken from a conveyor belt. Subsequently it is transported by a slow rotation conveyor belt in front of the operator. Defective bottles are discarded manually by the operator, those results accepted to the control continue the movement towards the discharge.
Formats present for vials of diameter 11, 13, 15, 16, 18 mm.
