Complete Inspection plant for pre-filled syringes comprising Sybermat denester and one duplex Brevetti ATM 15D inspection machine (two modules).

Tubs of nested syringes arriving from the filling line are denested by a robotic arm with suction cups into denesting combs. The syringes are then dispensed from the combs into the inspection machines. The empty nests and tubs are discharged from the machine for re-use. Year 2002

For inspection there is one duplex Brevetti ATM15 machine, each module handling up to 133 syringes per minute (total 2 modules 266 syringes per minute). Each module is equipped with 6 control stations for presence of bung, reflective particles, fill height and bung position, needle cover, non-reflective particles, plus turbidity meter. Year 2008.

The inspected syringes are discharged in lanes for further processing.
