The automatic palletising system mod.ROBOPAL500 designed by BPACK is synonymous with robustness, versatility and speed,
thanks to its structure, it is easy and quick to install,
the machine has the advantage of being able to adapt to the speed of both semi-automatic and automatic systems, so it is certainly suitable to facilitate the customer who is planning an increase in production, allowing implementations even with the palletiser mounted.

Its gripper is able to pick up the package from the roller conveyor
accompanying it and placing it on the pallet without ever leaving it, thus guaranteeing compact layers and stable finished pallets.
Depending on the space and production requirements of the customer, we are able to configure the system to the best of our ability thanks to the many options and our experience.

The ROBOPAL500 is fully controlled by PLCs and state-of-the-art devices so it can be programmed and adapted to the customer's needs.

The machine complies with current CE regulations as it is implemented with photoelectric barriers, protection grids, devices and protection systems to safeguard operators.
