The semi-automatic bagging machine designed by BPACK is a system that can adapt to different production requirements,
depending on the configuration, we are able to offer a robust, compact and easy-to-use machine that makes the operator's job easier.

The ISP200 model is capable of working with different types of solid products (granules, pellets, powder, mixtures, etc.),
thanks to the electronic gross weight scale coupled with different feeding models such as gravity, belt and auger.

The ISP200 bagging machine complies with current EC regulations as it is implemented with devices and protection systems to allow the operator to work in complete safety.

It is possible to implement the filler with automatic closing systems, specifically designed for the type of packaged product and bag (sewing, sealing, etc.).

Everything is controlled by an electrical cabinet with PLC.

- Idle roller conveyor
- Motorised conveyor belts with mechanical or electrical height adjustment
- Manual stapler

- Automatic bag conveying and closing system with heat sealing or stitching
