NEW MACHINE

The automatic flat reel packaging machine designed by BPACK srl is certainly an excellent compromise between speed, reliability and sturdiness. Thanks to the special forming tube it is able to position and weld the reel in such a way as to form the bag, and then dose the product inside the newly formed bag in the desired quantities.

Depending on the customer's space and production requirements, we are able to configure the system to the best of our ability thanks to the many options and our experience.

The model we have conceived, designed and built is considered a Top-Gamma, it is able to work with different types of solid products (granules, pellets, powder, mixtures, etc.),
thanks to the highly efficient net weight electronic scale coupled with different feeding models such as gravity, belt and auger, it is possible to achieve very high performance.

The packaging machine is fully controlled by PLC and state-of-the-art devices.

The machine complies with current CE regulations as it is implemented with photoelectric barriers, inspection doors with safety micros, devices and protection systems to safeguard operators.

The machine can be modified and adapted according to the size and format of the bags to be processed.

It is possible to implement the packaging machine with various components that allow the machine to meet the customer's work requirements.
