Leak test machine for glass containers.
Linear automatic machine for the inspection of vials, cylinders/injection cartridges and bottles/injection phials, which checks each container at four inspection points using high voltage technology. The test principle is based on the detection of the variable impedance of a container filled with an electrically conductive liquid. Containers are examined for: cracks and pinholes; insufficient glass wall thickness/dome tips too thin; capillary pores; leaky melting points, sealing points and neck tips of the vials; lack of filling.
MAIN FEATURES:
It is recommended to carry out the leak test of the container directly after sterilisation or melting.
The unit is equipped with: conveyor system, feeding belt, 4 high voltage inspection stations (1-2 control and tip/seal bodies, 3-4 basic and body controls), results display, cross-push discharge for rejected containers, outlet for accepted containers.
The unit only handles dry and clean packaging material externally. The inlet conveyor places the containers and rotates them as they travel through the inlet propeller in a horizontal position.
The processing and output ranges depend on the individual containers, line integration, etc. Features: GMP-compliant machine design. Container rotation for inspection of the entire circumference.

Cantilevered, vibration-free construction, stainless steel panelling. Drive elements incorporated in the machine housing and protected. Max. detection safety thanks to 4 independently adjustable test points.
