The Bosch CUK 3040 continuous motion cartoner is specially designed to solve the most important problems in carton packaging. The machine is designed to pack blisters in cartons. Once the carton has been filled, the carton is closed using mechanical levers and the completed cartons are fed into the line. If a carton is found to be incorrect, it is automatically rejected and ejected.

The Bosch continuous motion cartoner mod. CUK 3040 can produce up to 400 cartons per minute. This output can be achieved either in-line with a blister machine or equipped with feeding systems for ampoules, vials or other pharmaceutical products. The products are then fed to the machine which assigns a carton to each product. The folding carton is removed from the feeder with a rotor, mounted and opened. The product is inserted into the box by means of a push piston. The filled box is then closed. Checks are carried out on the products being packed to give maximum assurance of quality packs leaving the machine. The machine is equipped with a TATTILE vision system.
