The vials are fed en masse onto the feeding conveyor belt. The glass vials are continuously filled by 16 syringe stations and then sealed. Adjustment and control of the filling volume can be carried out easily with the dosing device. After sealing, a star wheel at the discharge point transports the finished vials to the next machines for further processing. The machine is complete with a laminar flow hood model LVS C.
Format currently installed is 2 ml, 1 and 5 ml formats are also available.
