1-Filling machine for ampoules under isolator

- Vials are transferred directly from the sterilisation tunnel to the ALF infeed conveyor.
- Via a sliding conveyor and a transfer wheel, the vials reach the conveyor system that takes them through the work stations: gas washing, filling and sealing.
- Each filling point individually controls the non-contact scanning of the vial necks - 'no vial - no filling'. The vial necks are pre-centred by the pick-up tongs, the vial tips are grasped and introduced into a collection container.
- Post-gasflushing is possible during the sealing procedure. The filled and sealed vials are pushed virtually unloaded into the outlet magazine.
Rotary sliding pumps:
- Bosch offers precision filling for parente- ralisation with its proven rotary sliding pump. Filling without dripping and with maximum precision is guaranteed for a wide range of different properties.
- The gasketless Bosch rotary sliding pumps are equipped with easy vertical cleaning paths. Overhead technology:

HQL systems are ideal for sterilising vials.
This model is exceptional due to the absence of tunnel passages, which is the result of the laminar hot air flow process with its high degree of efficiency.
Sterilisation tunnels are used in the filling lines of the pharmaceutical industry to sterilise glass containers before filling them aseptically.
These tunnels use forced air at temperatures of up to 350 °C.
The Bosch HQL drying and sterilisation tunnels operate with unidirectional flow, with temperature progression process curves and significantly reduced sterilisation times.
They guarantee the constant precision required for validation, qualification and reliable production capacity.
Through a filter, make-up air is introduced into the tunnel.
Inside the tunnel, the air, drawn in by fans, feeds the supply and cooling section through pre-filters and particle filters in separate areas of the tunnel.
Using the laminar flow principle, the air flow is directed vertically into the containers.
Below the conveyor, the air is returned to the fan through a recirculation duct.
The fans need fresh air for the heating section: laminar flow units.
Heating elements in the recirculation duct are used to heat the recirculated air to the preset temperature.
Below the particulate air filters are heating elements that are sent to a temperature recording and control device.
The cooling section operates with laminar flow.
A fan in the cooling section sucks the hot air under the conveyor belt.
The exhaust air volume is adjusted automatically.
The tunnel is equipped with an automatic overpressure control in the cooling section.
Modular system for assembling the tunnel to suit the required power range with optimum energy consumption.
