2. Bosch depyrogenation tunnel HQL 2440S
HQL systems are ideal for sterilising vials. This model is outstanding for its low tunnel throughput, which is the result of the hot air laminar flow process with its high degree of efficiency. The cooling section operates with laminar flow. A fan in the cooling section discharges the hot air under the conveyor belt. The exhaust air volume is adjusted automatically. The tunnel is equipped with an automatic overpressure control in the cooling section. Modular system for assembling the tunnel to suit the required power range with optimum energy consumption. 4. Bosch DRN 3010 Colour Ring Printer
This high-speed machine is designed to mark vials with single or multiple ring codes. It is useful for identifying test batches or for adding colour codes to standard batches of vials for identification purposes or to avoid mixing of batches.

5. Bosch FLC 3060 vial filler
The continuous motion machine offers a processing range with filling volumes from 0.5 to 500 ml. The 'V-cleat' conveyor system offers advantages in terms of easy changeover.
Filling programmes can be stored and recalled via the control panel.

6. Bosch crimping machine VRK 2005
The VRK 2005B works continuously and has a 5-head capping station with a separate container rotation drive from the main conveyor drive and other functions.
