Horizontal intermittent motion cartoning machine for small/medium product cartoning applications. This machine is suitable for the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food and consumer products industries. - Box assembly is carried out by a triple vacuum arm system for pressure opening of the box, ensuring optimal operations with the widest range of boxes and cardboard grades;
- Box transport with centrally adjustable upper and lower toothed belts with handwheels and digital indicators to adjust to the box width, length and depth (sizes "A", "B" and "C");
- No contact with metal guides due to the fact that the conveyor belts move with the carton.

- The product arriving from the infeed chain is inserted with a pusher located on the operator side;
- After the closing operation, the side belts unload the carton;

- Carton transport system consists of toothed belts made of scratch-resistant white plastic to ensure carton integrity, even when processing cartons with a glossy finish. The AS120 cartoner is ideal for handling fragile or delicate products, including cartons with inner liners.
