The washing and bottling equipment is designed following 2 main guidelines:

• Flexibility, in order to customize the machines on the different requirements in terms of bottle shape, dimension, capacity, washing standard
Bardi washing machine for 5 & 3Gallon bottle, with a productivity up to 960 bottles/h, is able to guarantee the highest level of bottle hygienic quality today on the market.
Bottles filling process takes place in an aseptic space. The atmosphere is provided through introduction of HEPA filtered air, under a higher pressure, such that no possible contaminated air enters from outside.
