Used B&D PZ 2000 tablet press

The machine has 22 stations with a 40 mm diameter punch (therefore suitable for large veterinary tablets, salt tablets, dishwasher tablets etc.).

Rotary type tablet presses are widely used in the pharmaceutical and food industries. The material (powder or granules) is fed through the hopper and loader into the die holes. The powder is then dosed and compressed by rollers. The formed tablets are then automatically
automatically ejected.
The PZ-2000 tablet press is controlled by a computerised system designed and manufactured in accordance with CFR21, Part 11 and to operate in a sterile environment.
