Capping head:

The capsuling of the vials is carried out through a nozzle that holds the capsule on the outside and on which three hardened steel rollers rotate. Once the necessary pressure has been applied, they are responsible for the lower flange of the capsule.
The pressure exerted on the capsule can be adjusted by means of the spring (nº3), loosening the nut (nº4) and turning the screw (nº5) (according to diagram 1).
The regulation for the different heights of vials is made by loosening the screws (nº2) and turning the knob (nº1), according to diagram 1 of the capping head.

Maximum speed 7.000 vials per hour, depending on vial size.
