The mixing bowl gross volume is approx 25 litres, nominal working capacity is 10 kg, subject to product specific density.
The main (3 blade) mixing impeller is driven from a 4kw 415v non- flameproof motor, variable speed range 40-400 rpm.
The 2 blade side entry granulator is driven from a two speed 1.3kw 1500 rpm/1.8 kw 3000 rpm 415v non- flameproof motor.
The mixing bowl top cover has an inflatable seal, activated automatically.
The machine has a wash-down system for both motor shaft seals.
The mixing bowl has an external stainless steel heating/ cooling jacket rated at 2 bar/ 80c max, < 7 litres/min.
CASTELL key safety interlock devices fitted to the top cover and product discharge valve access cover.
The machine control panel features 2 x motor load amp-meters, granulator and main impeller speed indicators, batch timer setting, 0-100deg C temperature indicator, discharge valve open / close, main impeller speed setting, E stop, safety key docking points.
